Return Process

  Securely pack the beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals remain intact for a full refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and attach it firmly to the outside of your return box.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
